Technical problems reactivating my listings

Hello all,

 

My listings had been dormant all winter. Six weeks ago, I uploaded the renewed tourism registrations and punched in the corresponding numbers and dates for each listing, ready to start the season. When I click on "List Your Place" though, the system keeps insisting that my registration information is not up to date. ... I've been trying to solve this with the Airbnb team for over a month now, through messaging and through phone calls. They keep telling me that they've passed it on to the upper-level support team and then vanish. Then NOTHING happens. Nobody gets back to me. When I contact them again, I have to tell a new agent my whole story all over again. And nobody ever picks up the thread where I left off. So, then they tell me they're passing it on and that I should be patient, again. ... Has anyone experienced this? How can I get in touch with the upper-level team directly? I've lost a solid month's of income already.
