I would like to arrange a telephone conversation with the help of a translator in order to discuss the review I received and as consequence my rating is to low.

Not sure where you are based but normally when you contact an Airbnb call centre they will speak your language.

airbnb do not provide translators. 

if an Airbnb review doesn't break their T&C they will not removed it.
