Template editing
I have a template with one picture. I wanted to add one more picture, and on Save pressing this error appears "Something went wrong".
I tried with Windows Browser, Apple App and Android App.
PS: On the phones I don't have this error message but only when I press "Save" nothing happen, the template is not saved.

Hi @Rebecca,
Now it seems to be working again, did not change anything though..
Had the same issue a couple of months ago as well when i tried to change my check-in instructions.
Hopefully something was done and this wasn't just a fluke 🙂

on the Airbnb app, click messages, then click the settings gear icon in the upper right and you can make changes to the Messages templates

I have a template. I want to edit this same template, by adding a new picture.
So I'm adding the new picture in the template which I want to edit, and on Save pressing this error appears "Something went wrong".

Sorry to hear you're having issues with adding a picture to a template. Have you managed to get this resolved yet? If not, can you follow these steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
- Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

@Rebecca I have the exact same issue as OP. Have tried all above tips, but to no avail.
Can you please resolve this asap, as i can't change my check-in instructions (e.g. lockbox codes etc.) currently.

That's fab @Sami1058, I'm glad to hear it's all working again. Usually it can be a case of following the steps above and updating the app. Hopefully, it's been sorted if there was an issue we didn't know about.
