Tips and tricks on becoming super host

I have been a host for about a few years and please could you please provide some tips and recommendations on how to become a Superhost on Airbnb? I'm eager to enhance my hosting capabilities and provide exceptional experiences for my guests.

Be the guest from their perspective. 

Don't expect your guests to change to meet your expectations.  You are running a business in the hospitality/service industry.

@Ifiya1 I've looked at your listings and reviews and can see the problem immediately. You are not in control of what you supply and you rely on other businesses to deliver for you. I don't know how the hotel room model works but presumably you arbitrage it in some way - This is a recipe for disaster and bad feeling among your guests as shown by the one who didn't get what they were promised.
