Tips to improve the location description

Hello, I would like help with what I can improve, it is described that it is a house of 266 square, which is a house that I built to receive friends and now it is on airnbn and that there is an entrance on the side of the house which is private because it is all fenced but people are Lowering my stars for something that is in the description. Can you give me tips?
