Top 1%

Hello,

I received an email a weeks ago that my listing made the top 1%. 

When I look at the listing it still says top 5%.

Everytime I reach out to support, they say wait another 72 hours. Does anyone know typically how long this takes to update?

I also had an issue with my Superhost status updating this quarter, so I have this small doubt my listing status will update.

Does it normally take over a week to update?

Hi @Jennifer-and-Don1 

The way I read it, it's something your listing achieved in the last 3 months ("Every three months, you’ll get personalized insights on your last quarter"). It doesn't say on what date it was achieved, how long it stayed in that position, or in how many 24-hour cycles it was achieved.

I guess it's like telling a parent that their kid won a race sometime during the last term 🤣 

It only makes them wish they were there to take a photo (or a screenshot, in this case) ...
