Hi, we used to be too 1% then dropped to top 10% missing out 5% completely! Does anyone know what the criteria is to be in the top 1% and 5%?

No specific target to meet @Fiona1023 

It's a ranking that's updated every 24 hours.  It's not unusual to move between categories - where your listing lands on a given day depends not only on your listing's performance, but also on that of others.

It may have moved down quickly, but can fly back up the rankings again just as quickly any day!
