Turnover report

Hi,  how is it possible to get a Turnover report for the last 24 months when you don't have access to the system bec your agent has access but you are unable to get hold of the agent.

Do you not have access to your listing so you can see your payments /bookings etc @Panayota1 ? 

Its unfortunate that some cohosts/management companies don't work in their clients best interests by deliberately setting the owners listing up under their own profiles rather than yours those meaning you can't access your finances

when they get back ask why you don't have access to your listing. .

Hi @Helen3, no, i do not have access to my listing, so am not able to see my payments etc.

The agent/ management company set up the listing under their own profile rather than mine.

She was handling the bookings, receiving the payments  and then in the middle of the next month I would receive my payment from the agent as well as an invoice from the agent reflecting Gross Rental less costs like Management fees and costs.

I finally got hold of her via WhatsApp message and she replied "I deleted your listing for the account when I handed the property back to you so unfortunately don’t have access to any data anymore as the listing is deleted"

Then if your manager didn't run a report before she handed back the listing it won't be possible I'm afraid. You will need to look at the invoices /data your manager shared with you @Panayota1
