Two accounts???

Two accounts???

Hi, I have a guest account and have tried to add a host account, but when I come to verifying my phone number it refuses to accept it. I have spoken three times to the help centre in the US (which costs me a fortune) but it’s been no help. They have suggested the reason I can’t get my phone number on there, is that I have somehow got more than one guest account with my number already on there. I do not have a clue how to find and delete my (rogue) guest account so I can progress. The help centre suggested putting in another phone number, not connected to Airbnb, then editing it later, but I don’t know anyone who hasn’t got a guest account already. Help please?!?

You are not allowed to have two accounts with Airbnb. You just add your listing to your existing account @Gill1364 

Thank you for replying.  I was never trying to have two accounts. It was the Airbnb helpline that suggested that might be why I was having trouble confirming my phone number as it was already in use. To my knowledge I’ve not got two accounts!  I have added my host account to an existing guest account but it just won’t work. Any suggestions please?
