The second option offers the SAME room but with an additional perk – access to our spa-zone, which includes a hot tub, wood sauna, infrared sauna, and a relaxing room.

@ElenaandSergey0 One downside is that splitting bookings over two listings will reduce the bookings for both and so they will appear lower in the search engine.
