1.  why doesn't my house show up anymore on the listings in my town even though it's an active account?

2.  why is it impossible to speak with someone live to get answers to questions?

Question 1:

The listing is not available for viewing and the direct search shows it is not in the search system:

If you activated it very recently (again), then wait for max 12 more hours (check the link mentioned) if it shows up, otherwise contact Airbnb.Also be sure the listing has available dates to book.

Question 2:

That's a good one, we all suffer from that...
