UK Address Impossible to list

Our address has not changed for 300 years,  yet @Airbnb  are clearly using some foreign database which is incorrect.    Any UK website comes up with a list of properties one of which is ours.  Even when I use the "Find my location" button I cannot put in my address.

I wrote to AirBnB,  but no response....

Anyone else had the same problem?

Hello @Rory3 and welcome to ABB CC from across the lands and oceans in New Zealand

You have quite a common issue.

Have a browse through the CC using related keywords in the search box as there's oft helpful tips in there.

Alternatively, you may have to just live with the issue, which sometimes is a curse and other times a blessing.

Without your correct address, it means you will know if people have fully read your listing.

Meanwhile I suggest you include a piece in your internal communications to Guests, Our address may or may not come through so please let us know, or openly let them know the exact address closer to permitted check in date.
