UK resident hosting in Gujarat, India

Hi 

I own a property in India which I inherited from my father. I would like to rent the house out on Air B and B. However, I am unsure how to go about doing this. I am very confused about getting permission to host, GST, PAN card, id (adhar card) etc. 
Is there anyone who is not a resident of India and has a property they rent out in India, specifically in the Surat are, please get in touch.
