Hi my name is Chris. I am new to Airbnb and I am trying to enter the required information regarding address and postal codes. I'm unable to enter my postal code because the keypad that is displayed has only numbers on it and no letters. In Canada we have a mixture of numbers and letters in our postal codes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this? So far technical support has not been able to help. Thanks
Using a laptop is much easier than your phone when trying to create a listing. I would try on a computer. You also need the browser to default to the Canada version. It should show in the browser window automatically if you are located in Canada.
