Unit Naming Inquiry

Dear Airbnb Administration,

Greetings from The Sand Rose Suite Hotel.

I would like to properly name our units (for example: King Room, Twin Room, etc.).

However, on Airbnb it only shows “Bedroom” instead of the specific room type names.

Is there a way to customize or change the unit names to reflect the actual room types?

I would really appreciate your support.

Hi @Hospitality100 

Are you listing one room in a hotel, and one room in an apartment-style hotel? That's how the listings are set up at the moment.

The room in the apartment-style hotel is not set up correctly:

If this apartment has 3 bedrooms, you should be able to accommodate more than 2 guests in the apartment? Also, there should be a bathroom.

To correct this, go to the Listings tab and click the listing. In the Photo editor, move the correct photos into each photo folder. Delete any unnecessary folders or create more until you have all the correct rooms for the apartment. Inside each folder, tick the correct amenities for that specific room (including the type of bed that you want to specify). 

The main page will automatically be corrected if the folders are correctly set up.

You can't change the names of the bedrooms, but you can set them up so that the bed type for each bedroom pulls through to main listing page.
