Update address

Hello,

I would like to update my address on one of my listings. Its the second listing. There address reads Herefordshire in where town/city of Hereford should be.

It won't let me update.

Please advise.

Hi @Paul12651 

1. Open Airbnb on your desktop or mobile browser (it’s easier than the app for address edits).
2. Go to Menu → Listings.
3. Select your second listing (the one with the incorrect address).
4. Click or tap Location from the menu on the left (or scroll to the “Location” section under Listing details).
5. Click Edit beside your address.
6. Update your city/town to “Hereford” and make sure the pin on the map shows the correct spot.
7. Click Save.

Thank you so much for the instructions.

I have tried this and I am getting a message saying I can't change once I've started receiving reservations and contact support. All I want to do is replace Herefordshire with Hereford. 

How do I contact Airbnb support?

Once you have any reservations on a listing, you will not be able to change the address yourself. You will have to contact Airbnb Support to do that for you:

"...Double-check your information and correct any errors before moving on to the next step. Once your first booking is confirmed, you won’t be able to make changes without contacting Airbnb Support..."
