Urgent notification I received

When I clicked on the link to this in my email (they also sent me a text stating the same), it did not take me to anything about my payout or account. I see no notifications prompting me to add additional info.  I received an email days after I received the .01 cent in my account, that I was verified now and complete. This notification indicates otherwise, but I have no way of fixing what they are asking, as nothing shows on my side. Donna

Please let me know if anyone has encountered this or can explain it. It’s concerning that there’s no record of the “urgent” action needed once I get to the Airbnb app. 

Makes me wonder if someone else has tried to channel my funds to their account and I received THEIR message about verifying it? 

I looked at my payout info and it shows my info as default, but the edit button is not working so I cannot verify it.

Is you account setup under a business name or individual name?

Has your identify been verified? 

I would contact Airbnb and ask what it is related to.
