Verification
As a superhost I have been trying to get verified, all I get in response from Airbnb is standard answers sending me the same threads to complete over and over again which I can mostly not open in the first place. It is a UBO issue but no one at Airbnb takes the time to call and get over this process with me in person. It is a nightmare. Is there really no possibility to speak to a living human being about this who can help me sort this? I am getting very tempted to forget about listing my properties with Airbnb in the first place. This is Kafka X 1000

Hi @Thomas3183 ,
Welcome to the Airbnb Community Center!
Are you talking about your Host account verification? Are there any updates about it since the time you posted?

Thank you and no, not really. I have once again been put in 'on hold' mode after one message saying it was all solved and payments would be resumed, and another immediately following that, saying the case was under review.

Hi Bhumika,
Maybe you would like to hear that no progress whatsoever has been made.
Today I asked for an update. The answer: the issue has been 'escalated'.
Interestingly enough this exact answer I already received on May 26, too now three weeks ago. It makes you wonder what 'escalation' means if it boils down to being exposed to inaction for three weeks.
Would you know of any way I could contact an actual person who can solve this matter rather than getting automatic answers that only contribute to my frustration?
Thank you so much for any efforts you can undertake. I am at wits end.
Best
Thomas

Hello @Thomas3183 , what notification did you receive to say that your Payments would be paused?
Any?
How long have you not been paid for?

Thank you so much for your interest @Helen427 . I have not been paid since April 3 On that day I received notification that payments would be paused 'unless they would hear from me'
Needless to say I let myself be heard countless times since, with no effect whatsoever.
Airbnb owes me about 2400,- Euro's.
If anybody know any way of getting this matter solved, I would appreciate it.
Best
Thomas

@Thomas3183 It could possibly be because you say 'no ownership is involved' as it is a charity with 'board membership' . Airbnb would wish to know who is on the 'title ' of the properties . If the charity owns the properties in an arrangement with the 'board ' who administers it then the name of the charity should be sufficient I imagine .. Good Luck

Oh and yes, it is about the host account verification. They keep asking what the percentage of Ownership of our 3 Ubo's is. I keep answering we are a charity with no Ownership involved. Only board membership. But its like talking to deaf people. Its a nightmare really.
