Hi, can't access my listing due to Viaduc.errors, anyone knows how to fix this?

Everything works fine on laptop, but can't see the listing via mobile, others can't either.
Airbnb.viaduc.errors keeps the page from loading

Hello, bonjour @Aymeric79
You've just created your listing recently so try going onto Airbnb.fr on your computer and hit the host mode to see if you can access it this way if you're having trouble using your phone? Sorry we don't have much information to go on so trying to guess what might be happening. Screen shots are often helpful with this type of issue.

Good to hear that you can at least log in via your computer! What phone are you using @Aymeric79? Is it a recent one and is it the latest Airbnb version?

When searching for your place you need to put in dates and a high number of guests because your max capacity is 8 so anyone who puts in 2 people won't find you. You have a few days available in April, nothing before or after until July and August so again, anyone searching outside of those dates won't see your listing.
The other difficulty I had finding you is that there is Mèze, France and then Mèze, Occitanie so my first search for you was in the wrong part of France. Fixed that and you came up second searching on my phone💪 You get a boost from Airbnb for a month or two as you are new.
Whilst I'm here, your first five pictures are VERY important and there is one of a doll's house and this is confusing because on a small screen like my phone I thought it was a photo of your house!! I would remove that from your top 5 photos and choose another one😉

@Joelle43 The issue is the error message keeping the url from loading on mobile.
Error : aibnb.viaduc.errors
IPhone, samsung s21, hawei... chrome, safari, Firefox....
Issue comes from the airbnb software while loading via mobile not from anything else

Not sure what is happening, but I can say that there have been issues with the Airbnb App on Huawei phones in the past. Here is the thread:

It was recommended to download the App from the Google Play store or App Store.
Also, the standard reset:
- Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
- Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
- Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

Thank you for trying to help but the issue is affecting all phones and OS meaning the source isn't the application but on the server side.
I saw previous old posts about this bug that airbnb was suppose to fix but no clear solutions where given.
Might as well create a new listing I suppose

Ok it's now fixed, the loading issue probably came from my new picture upload that needed to take place, it takes a day or two apparently.
