What criteria do you use to set room rates?

Tis the season to make up for a signicant drop in demand - a drop that adjusting rates may not impact the dramatic loss of occupany in a season that we all rely on to pay the bills - I'm interested to hear how you guys are doing and what you're doing to move the needle
