What do Airbnb charge for listing

Can u explain what % you charge on my charges please

Hello @Eleanor253 

Airbnb give us two options:

1. Share the commission with the guests, we get charged 3% + VAT and guests pay a lot more -around 14%
2. Hosts pay all commission - 15% + VAT.  If you use a Channel Manger, hosts have to pay the full commission rate.
