What do Other Hosts Think About My Listing?

One of my listings is unique. Located in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida in a waterfront resort, this first floor unit has direct access to the parking lot but no view. The kitchen is high end-- originally worth $100,000, but was moved from a larger unit to this one. It's kind of dark and tends to overwhelm the room. Kids and teens love it-- reminds them of Harry Potter. The second bedroom is huge and the condo sleeps 7. I get good rentals during the summer when school is out, but not as much during the rest of the year. Any suggestions?

I can see you have one listing with a 4.67 rating with a few bookings and the rest are new listings . This means it will show up lower down the rankings so it's harder to get bookings .
You haven't uploaded a photo of yourself which Airbnb asks you to do . Nor have you completed your profile . Both instil trust with guests @Douglas595
