What should we change?

We have now been listed for about 6 months and have only had sporadic bookings on airbnb. We have had lots of guests book directly, mostly from across our network. But we can't seem to attract Airbnb guests. Would love any ideas!

Since not suitable for children, I think your hurting your listing saying 3.  Really not a set up for 3 adults.

Don't try and be everything.  You have what is a beautiful romantic getaway for 2.  Highlight what you are, it looks fabulous.

Use some Airbnb Custom Discounts.  Especially beach properties where weekends are normally busy, set to extend weekend get aways normal check out Sunday. run a 20% discount on a Monday, Tuesday.  Airbnb markets the sale dates which generates traffic and if in addition to full price nights then a sale isn't as painful. lol  Usual check in Friday, maybe sale on Wednesday, Thursday next week.  Until I figure what is good.

Create Airbnb Guidebooks.  Guests love them but so do external internet searches that read Airbnb website for accommodation ideas make your listing a relevant answer.

So it looks to me like the biggest problem would be that your minimum stay is listed at 28 days.

The house is spectacular!

Oh no. Forgot to reference WHICH LISTING. I'm talking about the Puerto Vallarta listing @Ashlie26
