Why I can't find my listing in Sherman Oaks, California

I listed my house in Sherman Oaks California a few days ago, added pictures and details since then. It shows up on my own Airbnb app but I can't find it when I search for it. I have been a super host in NYC and never had this problem before. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Is the legal address of the listing Los Angeles? If so, that is a saturated market with alot of competition. Looks like its a 30-day minimum stay? Is that due to regulations?

When I searched using Los Angeles, 30day stay - your listing didn't appear

When i searched using Sherman Oaks, you listing did appear (pg 1 - 5th position)

When I zoomed in on the map area I did see the listing

Have your verified your price is competitive to similar properties in the area? It seems high?

Professional Photos - Add Captions

I strongly suggest you get professional photos done. It's a necessity in saturated markets. Add captions to ALL photosl

I do not recommend a bedroom photo as a cover photo. I would try this one for now until you get your professional photos done:

You need to have a photo of the W/D, especially for monthly stays.
