My only guest through Airbnb was the last week of December.
Why my listing isn’t catching any attention?
I really appreciate you comments and suggestions.
@Bennie23 I assume you know you have a 28 night min stay? My guess is that with this requirement you might be better off using a Realtor rather than Airbnb. That way you also get far better protection if/when you create a tenancy.
I just changed that this week to see if there’s any action. Nothing either.
Thank you for looking into for me.
I am also invisible. Not sure why my house is not showing up in any maps when I goggle Airbnb in my hometown or nearby towns.
Probably your recent 1* review is scaring away potential guests ?
Your listing is visible in the search system, i checked.
What made you think k the guest was being honest? He was a disaster. Read my review on HIM ;BEFORE YOU BELIEVE GUEST'S ******TY LIES.
Your potential guests do not read the review you left for the guest.
You did not leave a public comment on his review.
If you ask a question here be prepared for honest response.
@Bennie23 I am not sure how moving to a 28 day minimum will help with your visibility. As of today you will only show up if people search for 28days+ stays which are relatively rare
Thank you!
Hi @Bennie23, since it has been a few months, have you noticed any changes in your listing views after updating the minimum days?
Nothing
Ah @Bennie23 , I’m sorry to hear that. Would you like to start a new topic asking for listing feedback so more hosts can share insights? You can follow this guide: How to ask for listing critique on the Community Center.
Looking forward to your discussion with other hosts.
Regards,
Thank you! I accept the help.
