Why is my listing showing as a studio?

my listing clearly shows 3 beds 2 bath but also says studio. Anyone else seen this?

Hope these steps will be able to help you resolve the issue with your listing type. 

1. Update the Amenities and Features: Ensure that the amenities section accurately reflects the features of your property. If there are indeed 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, make sure these are correctly listed.

2. Check your Property Type: Within the edit section, navigate to the area where you can change the property type. This is typically under a heading like "Property Details" or "Basic Info." Select the appropriate property type that accurately describes your listing (e.g., house, apartment, condo, etc.).

3. Check Your Listing: After saving, revisit your listing page to confirm that the changes are correctly reflected. It’s important to see how the updated information appears to potential guests.

4. Contact Airbnb Support if needed.

Hello.

It's possible you missed adding a bedroom count to your listing.

1. If you haven't opted for the early access of the winter release, access your listing details tab >>>scroll down to rooms and spaces>>> edit rooms and spaces>>> use the (+) on bedroom to adjust the bedroom count.

2. If you opted for the early access, go to Listing >>> Photo Tour >>> Use the + sign at the top >>> Add a room or Space >>> choose bedroom. 

3. If you have more tha one bedroom, adjust your sleeping arrangement per bedroom accordingly.
