Why no bookings anymore?

Hello ,

As I can see , there are no bookings or reservations since a long time or the flow rate not like before …

I am afraid that I did something in the settings that decreased or removed the guests views

Welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. I'm sorry you've not had any bookings in your 3 years of hosting. That's very strange. I wonder if some of our experienced hosts can spot anything - @Maisie1@Kate-And-Mitch0 and @Rudolf103. I hope you don't mind me tagging you in here. I wondered if you could suggest what @Mai3872 could do to increase bookings?

Hi @Mai3872! It looks like your space has a lot to offer but I think showcasing it better in your photos will help! 
1) change your first photo to one of your actual space or maybe a view looking out from your listing

2) declutter the surfaces and have someone take professional photos with quality lighting! Open the blinds for your photos. Your current interior photos are dark and blurry

 

3) have more photos of your actual space, and a few different shots of the bedrooms. Get some detail shots (again, from a professional photographer) and move all photos of the beach, pool, etc. further back in the listing. 

 

4) respond more frequently to messages to boost your listing in the algorithm. I see that you have a 50% response rate currently and it will help to raise that! 

 

5) change listing title to showcase what is unique that is not easily seen in photos, for example, King Bed, ocean view/pool view, etc! 

6) add more to your description about what the space has to offer and what amenities are in your complex (like pool or restaurant access).
