@Gary1013 House rules are unique to your listing and you. They will vary a lot. You can see various examples of house rules by browsing listings. There are some stock house rules such as 'no pets' 'no smoking' that Airbnb suggests for you, and then there are those that are more unique and important to you, which you outline yourself. i.e. rules on extra guests, quiet hours, etc. Many hosts put housekeeping notes in their rules, but those should be saved for a house manual. Keep your rules short and only include the most important items. Your rules form part of the contract.
