My listings are not getting any attention. What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Firstly I don't the photo's are good, in fact they are a bit terrible, especially the bedroom, it looks cold - it needs some colour and maybe some pictures (colourful) on the walls.

Also check properties that are local to you and see what price they are charging.

Getting the first bookings are difficult, my approach was to let it out a little cheap to get reviews and now I am always fully booked.
