Your opinion on a message before guest check-out

Your opinion on a message before guest check-out

Hello everyone 😊

I have a client who is checking out tomorrow and I want to send them a short and polite message the day before check-out.

Is this message okay in terms of content, or would you change something?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Hello 😊

Just a quick reminder that check-out is tomorrow.

I hope your stay has been pleasant and everything met your expectations. Any feedback or review from you would be very important to us.

Wishing you a safe trip, and we hope to welcome you again in the future!

Buongiorno @Etmont0 ,

I would add to your message the time of check-out 😉

Hi @Etmont0 👋

That sounds like a lovely message to send. Did you sent it to your guest in the end as @Andrea6232 suggested?

Thank you

do you have check out instructions elsewhere?

we generally write a similar note but it also includes a check out to do list.

thanks and good luck

@Etmont0  I think it is fine.  You could also add it's been a pleasure hosting you and we hope to welcome you again in the future.

To save yourself some time, you can set this up as an automated message in Airbnb messaging and you may want to be specific in your dates and times.  Such as your check out is Thursday April 30th at 10:00.  You'd be suprised on how many are confused about check out dates and times especially if it's a short stay.

Karen

Thank you
