Your photos are good, but you need a "wow" cover photo that takes in the views at twilight (drone shot). Exterior twilight photos do really well on Airbnb. Professional photos by an Airbnb photographer (not a real estate photographer) are best.

Twilight Photos

Suggest you turn on all the lights inside the home (curtains open) and outside as well. Have a fire going in the firepit. Wait for the warm orange glow of twilight (clear night). Get a drone shot (not too high or too far away). Get one looking towards the home with the fire pit in the foreground. Get another one looking towards the mountain view from deck. Get some straight on and some at an angle (angled shots usually do better. Choose the best of the twilight photos for your cover photo.

Gas Fireplace

You have a gas fireplace but no photo of it? Suggest you add a photo of it with fire going.

Sunset Photo

BTW, the sunset photo on the cover of your Host Guidebook looks great...why not add that to your listing photos in the top 5 if it is seen from the house? If not, then at least add to your additional photos.

Thank you for the tips! We just purchased the home / Airbnb in December and there is a renter in it now so we need to wait til his contract ends and then we plan on talking new photos and changing some things around.  Very excited to get going on the changes.
