Hello to all, I have an issue with my listing, even I provide all info that the place is not in a really quiet area, I receive bad review. from 8 guest that left review, 3 of them left 4 star review to noise and one even 3 star to noise, I don't know what to do any more to avoid that, I Cleary ave instruction and even pre booking message its say that. do any have an idea how to deal with that ?

You have done everything you can! I am out of ideas 😊 and you have already thought of them!
The only other thing to add would be another message after booking asking them to respond to the message and verify they understand the noise levels and still want to proceed with the reservation.
Then at least you'll have some information to provide to Airbnb if you want a bad review removed.

@Rusu12 Would it help to have sound absorption window coverings? What if you turn the noise to more of a positive feature. I don’t think I can articulate it well but something like enjoying the vibrance and energy of the city. Maybe listen to the sounds yourself and find something positive
Hello @Basha0 , the noise iside of house its almost to 0, during the night its super quiet, maybe a car pasing every few hours, and during the day if you keep the windows closed you cant hear anithing, its 7 km from the city, its a road for small cars with max of 50 km h, i have ask comunal, but them wont put any sound panel because them say its not over 60 decibel sounds, 😞 also if i look on sound map lvl, on my place looks with green on sound lvl
i have put a box of it , but stil 😞 and in the house the noise its almost to zero, you cant hear almost nothing, just if you keep the windows open, one guest write that he coulnd sleep with open windows
@Rusu12 you are doing your best Rusu, but tell people not to have the window open at night. Most noise complaints come from people trying to sleep at night not during the day when the noise level can be tolerated a little better. We have birds in Australia who make their nests in the middle of roundbouts. The only other suggestions I can make are, to go to a blind and curtain shop ,or maybe some type of double glazing glass treatment shop and ask for advice from professionals .There maybe a simple solution . Also sleep in the room yourself and really figure out what is going on. ... H
Hi @Rusu12 , Hope you are doing well!
Did you enable the potential for noise in the guest safety section as Joan suggested below?
I liked how Joan mentions another booking message after confirmation to ask them if they are aware of the noise levels and have read the descriptions. Are there any strategies you implemented further to avoid reviews related to noise?
I hope things have hopefully changed for you since the time you posted.
