hello, I don't have any more booking for a long time now, after losing my superhost status. Is there anything happening with our algorythm? thank you.

In our community, there is a great initiative called “Listing Critique,” where fellow hosts share their advice on how to improve your listing and get more bookings. Here are the steps for creating one of these threads:

• Start a conversation to create a topic 👈
• Name your topic “Critique my listing - (your name and where you’re from)” for example “Critique my listing - Quincy in London, UK”.
• Include your favourite listing picture in the post. This makes the topic stand out more, gives viewers a sense of the type of listing you offer and means your Community Management team can more easily highlight it to the rest of the community.
• Share something about what your trouble might be at this point in your journey. This might be a lack of bookings, missing house rules, or even your custom URL.
• Finally, post a link to your listing and add the tag on the thread “Listing feedback” or anything else you think is suitable, like the example below:

@Fred4154 Have you ever considered having a custom direct booking website integrated with your Airbnb listings? Many hosts don’t rely solely on Airbnb while Airbnb brings most of your guests and social media can boost visibility, a direct booking website gives you full control over your listing, eliminates platform fees, and increases both visibility and credibility.

Okay in the AirbnbSearch Display your not going to be in a good display positioon your Overall Review Rating fell below 4.8 and last booking September translate to the computer low traffic.

You can fix just a little work and attention reading the dings you got that is an easy fix.

The dings are location.  You have to descrie your location not negatively, but people didn't have the correct impression.  Sounds like a city neighborthood which for a large market is good.  Especially if your visiting someplace you want to be central.  Is there public transportation? People don't always want a car expense or they may not want to drive.  What are you closed to? It is a large apartment that can be a keyu even if not in the central visitor spot.  Many guests will travel a half hour to get to the tourist spot because 3 bedrfooms at the peak spot is so expensive.word it positive  ut word it so the silence seekers know not a good fit.  Use a free AI tool tell the AI writing for Airbnb search any additional highlights to your known highlights.

Describe the apatment guests highlight the bathroom the terrace and spacious.

Photos Keep in mind that is how the guest does a visual walk through.

For me it was difficult to see any terrace seating?  How do I get to the terrace, living room? Where are the bedrooms?  Hallway? How is it laid out?  Where is the bathroom situated?  A guest has to image my group resting unwinding after a busy day comfort and enjoyment for a week.

Neighbor noise doesn't sound major buy some white noise machines for the bedrooms then a guest can turn on ocean sounds to drown out neighbors.

After the fixes rebuild traffic. Use the Airbnb Custom Discounts 20% Airbnb will market. I suggest do 1 each week fof the next four weeks. Just pick like 3 days each week.  Change what days and what discount offered. Airbnb shows insights so you can see what is popular.

When you have a new picture of your terrace use it as your cover photo people love terraces and yours is big.
