calendars and bookings

Hi All

we are new to Airbnb hosting and are finding it hard to understand how the calendar and bookings sync together.

we have bookings that are listed within the reservations slots and are finding that they are duplicated there.

we have a situation where we have 2 people confirmed in reservations but when we look at the calendar there is one person booked. the person that is booked in the diary is the later application. could someone please advise how this happened?

At the moment with this occurring, we are all at sea and the last thing we want to do is to spoil someone's hard-earned break

Hi @Kay1345 , welcome to Airbnb and to the community! Have you found out yet what was causing this confusion in the calendar for you?

Perhaps it'd help other Hosts here if you could provide a screenshot of what you're seeing. Make sure to black out any guest's information though!
