Hi! I have a larger short term rental and due to the size I have a "super strict" cancelation policy currently in place - it is not a space that would be typically booked last-minute. I just received the email stating that I will automatically be moved to 'firm,' which really does not work for me. I have the option to select 'strict,' but when I went to look at my settings I didn't see that option listed. My plan is to leave my 'super strict' cancelation policy in place for the time being and then to move to the 'strict' option prior to the automatic change in September. If anyone knows why I can't see the 'strict' option currently listed I would love to know why!

Hello @Annelise44, have you had a chance to contact the support team to clarify why the “Strict” option is appearing in your settings?

@Annelise44  I am not sure why you can't see it however a lot of hosts that are on Super Strict are waiting until the September 15th deadline to switch over to strict. Since it's so new, maybe it's possible they will give the Strict option closer to the dealine?
