Hi! I have a larger short term rental and due to the size I have a "super strict" cancelation policy currently in place - it is not a space that would be typically booked last-minute. I just received the email stating that I will automatically be moved to 'firm,' which really does not work for me. I have the option to select 'strict,' but when I went to look at my settings I didn't see that option listed. My plan is to leave my 'super strict' cancelation policy in place for the time being and then to move to the 'strict' option prior to the automatic change in September. If anyone knows why I can't see the 'strict' option currently listed I would love to know why!
