change host on listing

How do you remove an existing listings host and add a new host? I am taking over managing an existing listing. I need to remove the current host and put myself as the host. I also need to remove all their banking info and replace it with my own. Thanks!

@Shane401 Airbnb terms of service do not allow listings, or accounts, to be transferred from one person to another. To avoid violating the TOS, you must create a new listing under your own account and the previous host must terminate theirs.
