where does it show check out time?  is it automatic? Or do I choose it. I just opened shop and 4 requests right away!

Yes it is up to the hosts to add their check-in and check-out times to our listing.  If you are new to Airbnb, there is a great guide for New Guests that I'm sure you'll find insightful:

As a new guest you will receive enquiries or reservations but it's really important that they come from good guests as new guests are sometimes targeted by scammers.
