Yes, when you are added as a co-host on multiple Airbnb listings from different accounts, you will be able to see all of those listings under your co-host profile. They will appear in the "Hosting" section of your account dashboard. Airbnb groups all the listings you're managing (whether you're the primary host or co-host) in one place, making it easier for you to manage them, no matter which account they belong to.
You will not have full control over these listings (like changing prices or policies) unless given permission by the primary host, but you will be able to view, manage reservations, and communicate with guests.
