My listing has gone.
Guests can not make reservations on my airbb page.
(I can entry into my airbnb page like a host, edit everything.)
But, this mistake 2nd time in 2 months is really really annoying.
I am scared and nervous at the same time.
This mistake goes from the side of airnbn side again.
I would like airbnb to solv the problem.
This is the 5-6th day the listing is not working! 😞

It's important that everyone calls Airbnb Support to put pressure on them to resolve the issue.
I did try to reach someone at Airbnb Support. It seems that there are no humans, only a menu that continuously loops around.
Suggestions for reaching a customer service representative are gratefully accepted.
happened to me about 1h ago. then went AFK with dozens of airbnb tabs opened in chrome. now came back and refreshed about 10 of them - seems like working again
With me the problem remains
I have all month booked and the guests that are coming can't find the listing, and I can't give them a proper answer. They're arriving at a listing that doesn't exist any more....
I have the exact same problem with my listing Panoramic city view:

I've had my listing inaccessible since the 30th of September (the listing appears in the search results but when try to open it gives the error) and the Airbnb technical team still hasn't fixed the problem.
I also had a similar problem in mid-August where my listing was inaccessible. It appeared in the search results but couldn't open, like now. At the time the error message was different - com.airbnb.services.exceptions...
Airbnb is solving this finally 🙂 this is great news, they're working on it, and means that listings can be recovered. Many listings with this error are coming back to life.

I keep getting my listing inaccessible, and now it gives the following error:

Not resolved here either and same extended error message.
My listing started working fine this morning.
Since the 30th of September it was inaccessible to guests.
Apparently everything is normal now.
I spent hours saving AirB&Bs to a wishlist and now cannot see a single one of them due to this issue. Headed to VRBO!!!!
