Hallo,

@Danny848,
You have posted your question on the English language Airbnb Community Center, but there is also a Dutch language community: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Community-Center-Dutch/ct-p/Community-Center-Dutch.
First ensure that you have Pro Tools enabled on your account. Click on the three horizontal lines next your Airbnb profile photo, select Account Settings and then Professional hosting tools. This is the Dutch Airbnb Help Center article about Professional hosting tools: https://www.airbnb.nl/help/article/2499.
I always use my laptop to manage my listings, so the example graphics may look different if using the app. Under Calendar you can create a rule-set to block check-in and checkout dates. You should see the Create a new rule-set on the main Calendar page.
Within the rule-set page, there is an Availability section where you select which days to block check-ins and checkouts.
I have created a rule-set to block check-ins on Christmas Day.
To apply the rule-set to this year's Christmas Day, I will check the box for no check-ins on Tuesdays, and Save. Then select December 25 on the calendar and apply the rule-set to the date (click Save).
If you have multiple listings calendar view, the date will be colored on the calendar to indicate there is a rule-set.
If you have single listing calendar view, you have to click on the date to see that a rule-set is applied.

Hi @Danny848 , could you check and let us know if you have enabled the professional hosting tools yet? Many hosts consider it as a valuable feature because it allows them to personalize their calendar and control their listing’s availability settings.
Let us know if you need more information after reviewing host Debra's suggestions!
