discount rates

Hi Guys,

Can I get some feed back regarding discounts.

I have 15% discount for weekly

And 20% for monthly.

Do you think this is an average discount rate ?

@Jane3983 I believe a 15% discount for a week is relatively high.
I usually don't give discounts for a week. I tested it once on another portal, raised my rates by 9% on one of my homes and gave a 10% discount.

Multiply every discount by 12months , it helps you get a bigger picture, that’s what the Banks do 👌
