import calendar to Airbnb

Hi

I am trying to import a calendar from Tripadvisor to Airbnb but the import link is greyed out so I cannot import. I can however export to Trip Advisor. Can anyone help. Also I am in the process of using Hotel Runner to do this for me on my own website (Wix) but it hasn't functioned as yet.
