Hi @B114 I'm going to guess YES it is suitable. However if enough people answer I suspect you will get roughly 50% yes and 50% no as you have given us absolutely nothing to base our answers on.

I am trying to determine  if my property is suitable for Airbnb,

- Are there any tools that gives my market analysis

- how should I list it ( daily, weekly, or monthly) 

- is cleaning services are available  periodicity, are they even needed.

- how much can I rent it for

- what type of fees that I have to pay to get it listed

where can I go to get more details about Aibnb where can I get help to make my first move into Airbnb

Airdata can give you some market analysis

Many hosts have a minimum stay of 2 or 3 days. We have a 3 day minimum rising to 7 over the high season. If you go over a month in some jurisdictions you create a tenancy and might have a nightmare evicting your tenant.

Cleaning between stays is definitely needed. For longer term stays it may be worth cleaning weekly to keep an eye on the place. We offer weekly bed changes but not cleaning

Search in your area for similar properties and you will see what people are charging

There is no listing fee. Airbnb will typically charge you 3%+vat of your listing price and the guest 14.2%+VAT for each booking.

Specific questions here will get you specific answers but researching the help pages on Airbnb is the best place to start
