listing blocked

I got a message from Airbnb Support that says my listing is blocked.  I checked my calendar as suggested and it is not blocked.  What is the problem?

@Joseph2767  There is no problem.  If you are taking bookings from other platforms and because those bookings are not from Airbnb, they are considering your listing blocked.  Some hosts use Airbnb exclusively and some also use other platforms.

Yes there are some strange things going on. I also received a message (the same one, twice) asking me to open dates on one of my listings, because so many guests would like to book in June (it's winter and our very low season, actually). I checked the calendar and there was nothing wrong. I assume it's a new type of message they're testing and it's glitching.
