Hello!
if we have more than one hosting epartment in Airbnb,
can we have a different review for every apartment? so one apartment won't affect the other apartment reviews?
and can they be with a different host name also?
thank you
Every listing will have it's own reviews from the guests, but the reviews of all listings will appear in your host-profile.
Each listing is rated (the *stars) from it's own collected reviews, but the rating (*stars) on the host profile is based on total performance.
I see you now have 1 listing with 17 reviews (also same 17 reviews in your profile).
A listing will have same host name, althouigh you can add a co-host, if desired.
thank you for your answer
What would you recommend for us when adding in new apt? to duplicate our first apt, that way it can duplicate the calendar and all the prices or to start all over? we saw two options on Airbnb
Thank you
Yes you can duplicate your existing listing and then edit descriptions, photos etc @מירב2 if they are similar listings or start from scratch if not.
If we duplicate it will duplicate all the calendar and the prices also?
Have you found the Airbnb Help website yet. If not do have a look at had lots of useful guides to managing you listing on Airbnb @Clemmi3
you can go into the duplicate listing you set up and edit different settings such as number of rooms, pricing etc.
Think of it like Bowmaster characters: each listing has its own stats (reviews), but your overall host profile shows total performance across all listing like a player’s combined record across characters. The same host name is your main gamer tag, and adding a co-host is like tagging in a teammate. 🎯🎮 *
