night price

night price

Hi there,

I have changed the price per night as it was too high thinking that it was for the whole 6 people per night, but it doesn't show the final edit and it keeps showing a ridicolous amount.  I did changed it in the edits, but i can't see a way to save it. Any tips?

It appears you have a per Guest Add on set so when I start adding more thab 1 Guest your price does have a significant increase. I tried 1 Guest recieved a $300 2 Guests $1000 3 Guests $2000.

You charge a very high fee for every additional guest after the first guest.

You can change this in the editor, see:

Hi @Patti352 oops I see what you mean!

The pricing is controlled by you in the Calendar site

My suggestion would be to set a base rate per night for 2 people.

If you then scroll down to Additional Charges, you can then add a fee for each additional guest.

This should then show to the potential booker, as they add adults to the booking.

If you have done this and the result is as above.. you may need to seek Airbnb support team help to understand other actions that may be at play.

I think that you have a min 4 nights stay... may wish to consider lowering that to get a better range of potential guests (eg 2 nights)

Best wishes on your venture.. it looks like a great place to stay

Regards, Graham
