For the past two months I have had NO activity on my website. I have looked on the website thinking there might be a glitch and I can't see anything wrong with it. It seems that no one is making reservations. I am a 5 star host so I don't think it is a problem with my hosting. I only have 2 confirmed reservations for the whole year. I am growing quite concerned. The slow months here are March and April but there is usually some activity by now. Is anyone having a similar problem?

Three factors most people mention: a huge surge in competition, a different approach by Airbnb how is presenting its inventory (see 'Categories', perhaps it is spreading the demand more broadly) and/or the not-so-stellar U.S. economy (i.e. very low consumer confidence). Take your pick.
P.S. We have never (in 8 years) not be booked well in advance (1 year+), nowadays only 4-5 months; we are getting enough views and inquiries but one could sense the hesitation to commit too early.

Yes! I have been experiencing the same thing for 8+ months. VRBO has been good but Airbnb has been absolutely crickets.....
