Congratulations!  Your suite looks lovey.  For pricing your best bet is look at your market on ABB.  I don't know your market but your pricing looked very low to me which could make potential guests nervous to try.  You might want to double check.

Tweak your description a little to encourage enjoyment of your listing.  Close to work environments or close to sights?

Review your amenities include everything most listings have average least 30 amenities.
