pricing error
Hi
how can i contact the person who is in charge of customer services at head office or director level? I have a pricing error on my listing that i reported almost 14 days ago. The customer services ambassadors are poor in dealing with this. They keep closing the case without fixing anything. I'm stuck in a Groundhog Day loop. It's so frustrating.

@Claud0 what is the problem you are having? Generally, with computers, it is the input that causes output errors so we may be able to help.

hi
That's not the case here. I've checked on different browsers and on different computers.
The initial image/information for my listing displays a price that is £20 higher than the price on my calendar and I have no way of amending it.

@Claud0 Could this be due to the Airbnb fees (14.2%+VAT) that they add to your nightly price? Or could it be your cleaning fee amortised over a few nights?

Hi @Claud0
Click on a night on the calendar and then click on Guest Total. It shows how the total that the guest sees is calculated.

@Claud0 In July you are charging £42/night plus a £50 cleaning fee + Airbnb fees. What price per night do you have in your calendar?
